Methodology

A report is a snapshot of public registration data, DNS, TLS, and the homepage HTML. The homepage body is skipped only when a malware blocklist lists the host. The target site's title is quoted in the on-page table. It is never reused as Nitaqo's title, meta description, or Organization schema.

Refresh: Tranco top 10,000 weekly, other tracked names monthly, names with a certificate inside 14 days of expiry daily, and names people search for daily. lastmod on a sitemap URL is the last time a tracked field changed, not the time the sitemap was built.

The quality gate indexes a report when the homepage answered 2xx or 3xx, or the body was skipped because a malware blocklist lists the host, and the report has at least six sections, at least 300 fact words, a demand signal, and a check under 60 days old. Category is not a gate. A global noindex switch overrides indexability until launch. Hubs need at least 20 indexable reports before they are indexable.

Limits: no JavaScript rendering, homepage body capped at 2 MB, robots.txt is honored for NitaqoBot, geolocation needs a local database and otherwise says not available, Web Risk runs only with an API key and stops at the monthly cap, and certificate history is rate-limited. A malware-host skip is a stored fact, not a verdict that hides the rest of the report. The removal policy is how to ask for a correction.

Availability is 25 points: 10 when DNS answers and 15 when the homepage status is 2xx or 3xx. TLS is 20 points: 12 for a valid certificate and 8 when at least 14 days remain. DNS hygiene is 5 points each for SPF, DMARC, CAA, and DNSSEC. Security headers are 5 points each for HSTS, CSP, and a frame policy. Safety lists are 15 points only when the checks ran and were clean. Domain age is 5 points at one year and 2 at 30 days. The total is capped at 100.
